Role Overview
The E-commerce Traffic Lead is responsible for both the strategic planning and day-to-day execution of initiatives to drive high-quality traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, paid search, paid social and marketplace advertising (Lazada, Shopee, etc.) across web and app environments.
Responsibilities
Traffic Acquisition & Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive traffic acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels, including SEO, PPC, paid social, marketplace ads.
- Optimize media buying strategies to ensure efficient spending and maximize customer acquisition and retention.
- Own strategic planning cycles (monthly, quarterly) while also managing campaign execution and tracking
- Stay updated on emerging trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and enhance user experience to drive organic traffic.
- Monitor and improve site rankings, domain authority, and overall SEO performance
Paid Media Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and track campaign performance against KPIs.
Marketplace Advertising (Lazada/Shopee Sponsored Ads)
- Optimize and manage paid advertising strategies on e-commerce marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee.
- Analyze marketplace trends, competition, and performance data to improve ad efficiency.
- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to align ad strategy with commercial campaigns.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze website and campaign performance
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights for continuous improvement.
- Monitor customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Create & monitor performance marketing dashboards & reports for visibility
- Provide data-driven insights on a monthly basis to optimise performance across different channels
Profile We Are Looking
Hard Skills:
- Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, paid social, and marketplace advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Experience with Google Analytics and/or Amplitude, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience in managing Lazada and Shopee sponsored ads.
- Experience with app marketing & measurement tools (Adjust, Appsflyer etc.) will be highly preferred
- Strong conversion rate optimization (CRO) skills.
- Experience with budget management and forecasting for digital ad spend.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce traffic acquisition, media buying or digital growth marketing
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing multi-channel traffic acquisition campaigns.
- Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is highly preferred.
