Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute daily live stream operations on TikTok, including live campaign planning, product selection, script coordination, and live room management to drive sales performance.
  • Work closely with Country Manager and hosts to ensure smooth execution of live streams, including pre-live preparation, live session coordination, and post-live follow-up.
  • Support live content planning by identifying trending topics, optimizing scripts, and improving overall live stream engagement and performance.
  • Monitor live stream performance (traffic, engagement, conversion rate, fan feedback) and make real-time adjustments to improve results.
  • Track and analyze live stream data to generate insights and recommendations for content and operational optimization.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on campaign planning for key sales periods (e.g. Double 11, Double 12, promotional campaigns).
  • Assist in managing and supporting live stream hosts, including onboarding, coordination, and performance tracking

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Interest or experience in TikTok, live streaming, or social media content operations.
  • Candidates who have managed a TikTok account or created content on TikTok will have an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of TikTok Shop or e-commerce live streaming is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is preferred.
