We are seeking a dedicated Functional Consultant for our E-mobility platform who will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams - driving requirement discovery, functional design, solution delivery, and client engagement throughout the project lifecycle. This is a hands-on consulting role requiring strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
Client Advisory & Engagement
- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement discussions
- Act as a trusted functional advisor to business stakeholders
- Translate business challenges into structured solution approaches
- Deliver product walkthroughs, demos, and user training sessions
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
Business Analysis & Functional Consulting
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Produce functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories
- Recommend process improvements and solution enhancements
- Align business expectations with system capabilities and project scope
Solution Delivery & Project Execution
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate solution implementation
- Support Agile delivery cycles including backlog grooming and sprint reviews
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, UX, and technical streams
- Monitor delivery milestones and manage functional dependencies
Product Expertise (e-Mobility Solutions)
Develop functional expertise across e-mobility product suite:
- Contract Management System o Logistic Management System
- Asset Management System
- e-Invoice Middleware o Supplier Portal (Supply Chain)
- Sales Force Automation
- Ticketing Management System
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Design functional test scenarios and prepare test scripts
- Execute system and product testing aligned with business requirements
- Facilitate and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Track defects and work closely with development teams on resolution
User Experience & Continuous Improvement
- Provide functional input into UI/UX design and usability improvements
- Ensure solutions are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with user workflows
- Support continuous product enhancement and innovation initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant
- Proven track record in requirement gathering and functional documentation
- Experience coordinating development teams and managing delivery lifecycle
- Strong exposure to product testing, QA processes, and UAT management
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centric solution design
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work in consulting environments with multiple projects and deadlines
