Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EAM Engineer/Consultant to manage and support the organization's asset management system, maintenance planning, and operational efficiency. The candidate will ensure proper tracking, maintenance, and optimization of company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
- Monitor asset lifecycle, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Prepare maintenance reports, asset records, and performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Support system upgrades, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and procurement teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assets and maintenance history.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with EAM software such as SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, or similar systems.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and databases. Familiarity with SQL for database querying and Python for basic scripting or automation.
- Understanding of data handling and reporting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
