Job Summary
As a member of the APME Talent Acquisition Group team, you are responsible for designing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent through campus recruitment programs. This role will manage recruitment for graduate programs and entry-level positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong partnerships with academic institutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations to strengthen employer brand presence.
- Plan and execute campus events, career fairs, and information sessions to attract diverse talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for early-career roles, including:
-Creating and updating job descriptions and specifications.
-Posting roles on job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
-Sourcing and engaging candidates through campus networks, databases, and social media.
-Screening resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates skills and potential.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams (HR, hiring managers, onboarding teams) to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding processes.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Stay updated on campus recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies.
Job Requirement
- Experience: 8+ years in IT technical recruitment, with at least 5+ years focused on campus or early-career hiring.
- Proven ability to design and execute campus recruitment programs and events.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating across multiple teams and time zones.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships with candidates and academic partners.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to influence decisions.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and approaches.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
