Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Early Childhood Educator located in Kuching. Some work from home is acceptable. The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for implementing educational programs for young children, fostering a safe and nurturing environment, and tracking the progress of each child. Additional responsibilities include engaging children in various learning activities, collaborating with other educators and staff, communicating with parents or guardians, and maintaining records of children's development and behavior.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Development and Working with Children skills
• Creativity Skills for developing engaging learning activities
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience and/or certification in early childhood education is a plus
• Relevant academic qualifications in education or related field
