Let's Talk About the Role

Location: Menara Lien Hoe, Petaling Jaya

Department: Commercial eB2B

Reports to: Head of eB2B Trade Marketing SIMA

What You'll Do

• Support in promotional execution, troubleshooting and analysis
• Support in Digital Onboarding & Adoption Initiatives in Malaysia
• Learn and support in Malaysia Marketing Automation to drive cross-selling and up-selling
• Monitor campaign performance, track progress against goals, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign performance and achieve objectives.
• Work closely with eB2B operations manager to execute a smooth onboarding for retailers
• Market visits to retailers
• Educate retailers on eB2B solutions
• Achieve set targets and focus on expanding distribution

You will need to:

• Have a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (ongoing / completed)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have good time management in carrying out various projects.
• Strong interest in eB2B and technology driven solutions
