Implementation : Drive full-cycle implementations for SF Employee Central and Time Off, including discovery workshops, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Time Management Configuration: Architect complex Time Off scenarios, including accrual rules, holiday calendars, work schedules, and period-end processing for diverse geographical regions.
System Architecture: Maintain and optimize the EC Data Model (Corporate & SuccessFactors Data Models), MDF objects, and Business Rules logic.
Integration Support: Collaborate with Payroll and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow between EC and external payroll providers or downstream systems.
Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current HR workflows and propose automated solutions within the SuccessFactors suite to enhance user experience.
5+ years of hands-on SF configuration; minimum 3 end-to-end global implementations.
Advanced Business Rules logic (Take Rules, Employee Time Account), MDF, Foundation Objects, and Picklist management
