Ecommerce Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and upload product listing and creative assets for various e-commerce partner's platforms such as Lazada and Zalora
• Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes
• Maintain and ensure product information such as pricing, inventory etc. are up-to-date
• Make sure promotional activities are properly executed and communicated in various platforms per marketing calendar
• Ensure creative assets on each platform per seasonal guidelines
• Other day-to-day operation / logistics-related matters in regards to running an e-commerce business
• Assist in ad hoc and assigned task

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Must be computer savvy and fluent in English, being multilingual would be an added advantage.
• Experience with Navision and SAP will be an added advantage.
• Good ability to executive to timelines, standards and budget, meticulous with an eye for details.
