Job Responsibilities:
1.Ecommerce Traffic Management
Oversee and manage traffic strategies for Indonesia market, ensuring effective implementation across both offsite and onsite platforms.
2.Offsite Ads Management
Lead media planning, optimization, and performance analysis for (not limited to) Meta, Google, and TikTok, in alignment with eCommerce campaign goals and budgets.
3.Onsite Ads Optimization
Execute and optimize onsite ads on leading eCommerce platforms (not limited to) Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok ensuring alignment with sales targets and campaign objectives.
4.Performance Monitoring and Analysis
Continuously monitor and analyze traffic performance for both offsite and onsite ads, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall campaign efficiency.
5.Data Tracking & Reporting
Ensure accurate data tracking for all campaigns and traffic sources, generating reports that measure effectiveness and guide future strategies.
6.Collaboration and Coordination
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with the internal eCommerce team and external agencies to align on campaign-related goals and execution needs.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or media planning, with a focus on traffic management and optimization.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, preferably with hands-on experience in media planning or execution within a media agency.
3. Solid understanding of eCommerce business models, platforms, and traffic strategies, especially for Indonesia's market.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to problem-solve and pay attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting, and PowerPoint for creating professional presentations to communicate results and strategies effectively.
