About the role

The E-Commerce Manager will lead and execute the brand's digital commerce strategy, driving GMV growth across marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop). This role blends commercial strategy with creative execution—specifically overseeing continuous sales activity planning, livestreaming initiatives (TikTok Live), affiliate ecosystem scaling, and influencer/KOL marketing, while maintaining strict budget controls and demanding high ROI performance.

Campaign & Sales Planning

  • Lead the full e‑commerce promo calendar, including mega‑campaigns and weekly tactical pushes.
  • Optimise storefronts, bundles, vouchers, and flash deals to maximise conversion.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to forecast demand and secure stock for peak periods.

Livestream & Tik Tok Shop Operations

  • Run end‑to‑end livestream operations, from scheduling to product flow and script checks.
  • Analyse live‑room metrics to refine visuals, engagement tactics, and sales performance.

Affiliate & KOL/KOC Growth

  • Build and scale a high‑performing affiliate network with smart commission structures.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and TSP partners to activate KOLs/KOCs for launches and livestreams.
  • Track creator content accuracy and measure sales impact via links and promo codes.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Manage the e‑commerce operations budget across ads, creator fees, and livestream production.
  • Deliver post‑campaign performance reviews, including ROAS and ROI insights.
  • Provide leadership with accurate revenue forecasts and performance dashboards.

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce stores (B2C or brand-side), with a heavy emphasis on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada ecosystem operations.
  • Proven track record of managing successful TikTok Live programs, setting up affiliate networks, and executing high-ROI influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient with backend tools (TikTok Shop Seller Centre, Shopee Seller Centre, Business Intelligence dashboards).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a natural comfort handling spreadsheets, traffic data, and financial formulas.
  • Agile, highly creative, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment where social commerce trends change rapidly.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills for dealing with external talent and agencies.
