Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time role responsible for driving online sales performance and enhancing ecommerce operations at uParcel. This hybrid position is based in Johor Baharu, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing ecommerce channels and integrations, optimizing product listings and promotions, monitoring KPIs and sales performance, and coordinating with internal teams to improve customer experience. The role also involves planning and executing digital marketing initiatives, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to align ecommerce strategies with overall business objectives.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and identify trends and opportunities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and convey insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess Sales and E-Commerce skills to manage online stores, drive conversions, and optimize customer journeys.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to plan and execute campaigns that support ecommerce growth and brand visibility.
- Relevant experience in ecommerce management, logistics, or tech-enabled services is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, integrations, and analytics tools (e.g., Shopify, marketplace dashboards, Google Analytics) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
