About The ECommerce Department

ADA's eCommerce department optimizes brands presence and marketing performance on marketplaces and brand-owned eCommerce sites to deliver real business outcomes through innovative eCommerce solutions.

Job RequirementYou will execute campaigns, monitor, and optimize performance on clients running on biddable media platforms for e-commerce. You will learn to oversee campaign strategy, implementation, trafficking, and analysis of all campaign types - Search, Affiliates, retargeting across marketplace platforms (Lazada/Shopee/Zalora/TikTok) and advertiser platforms (Meta/Google/TikTok) to deliver campaign performance that exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working under the supervision of an experienced Ad ops manager you will learn to own daily operations and become proficient in managing and optimizing advertising accounts including but not limited to search ads, discovery ads, prospecting and retargeting ads and so on.
  • You will become proficient in managing client campaigns including strategy and creative development, campaign implementation and analysis, providing regular insights and recommendations.
  • You will review campaign performance, develop optimization recommendations and ensure campaign recommendations are implemented.
  • You will become proficient in all media buying and trading-related technologies in ecommerce platforms
  • You will complete internal and external training programs as directed by your line managers.

What skills and experience will you need

  • 02 years of experience in Paid Search, Display, Social, or roles in consulting, analytics, or operations at a digital/e-commerce/enabler/tech company preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with media platforms such as Lazada Seller Center, Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager.
  • Knowledge of Web and App Analytics tools like Google Analytics and Shopee Brand Portal.
  • Strong ability to set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns, including accurate tracking, bidding, and targeting.
  • Able to analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and make confident optimization recommendations to improve ROAS.
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis, including Pivot Tables, SUMIFs, and basic statistics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align with internal teams and client goals.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in daily campaign operations.
