About The Job
The eCommerce Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring all product inventories for our Shopify (.com) and marketplace platforms are accurately maintained and replenished in a timely manner. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong ownership of stock accuracy, and close coordination with internal teams to avoid any out-of-stock or overstock situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor stock orders for Shopify and marketplace platforms based on sales trends and stock levels.
- Maintain real-time accuracy of inventory data across systems (Shopify / Xilnex / marketplaces).
- Liaise with supply chain to track inbound shipments and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Support new product launches, restocks, and campaign readiness by ensuring product availability.
- Prepare daily and weekly stock reports for review with management and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all SKUs, variants, and pricing details are correctly reflected on e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and finance teams for accurate stock valuation and cost updates.
- Identify potential inventory issues early (e.g., slow-moving SKUs, stockouts, or forecast inaccuracies).
- Uphold high standards of accuracy and timeliness in all ordering activitieszero tolerance for careless mistakes.
What You Need To Have
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in inventory, merchandising, or e-commerce operations (Shopify or marketplace exposure preferred).
- Highly meticulous, analytical, and organized; strong with numbers and data accuracy.
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets and comfortable working with digital platforms or ERP systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work across warehouse, operations, and online teams.
- Self-driven with a sense of accountability and urgency in daily tasks.
