Ecommerce Procurement & Operations Executive (Remote)

Exclusivia is a fast growing e-commerce furniture company serving customers across Australia and Singapore.

This is more than a basic procurement role. You will gain hands-on experience across e-commerce operations, procurement and supplier optimisation. You will also have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as the company grows.

Salary: 4000-6000 MYR+ (Based on experience)

• Purchasing & Supplier Management: Place orders with Chinese suppliers, confirm specifications and pricing, negotiate costs, and closely follow up on production and delays.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock and sales, forecast demand, calculate reorder quantities and timing, and maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Financial & Pricing Optimisation: Analyse sales, costs, margins and product performance to recommend pricing adjustments, identify which products should be increased or reduced in price, and optimise profitability based on sales data and demand.
• Order & Timeline Management: Track orders from purchase through production and dispatch, maintain accurate timelines, and proactively follow up on delayed orders.
• Shipping & Logistics: Arrange shipments with suppliers and logistics partners and optimise shipping arrangements based on cost and delivery time.
• Product Sourcing: Source products and suppliers in China and compare pricing, quality, specifications and lead times.

• Prior experience in e-commerce / purchasing, procurement from China is required.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to track costs and optimise purchasing and inventory decisions.
• Able to communicate confidently with Chinese suppliers in written Chinese, with good written English.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
