Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in WP. Kuala Lumpur for an E-Commerce Specialist. The role involves managing and optimizing the company's e-commerce platforms, creating and updating product listings, monitoring inventory, and analyzing sales performance. Responsibilities also include developing strategies to drive online sales, engaging with customers, ensuring excellent service, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement successful promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in E-Commerce and Sales, with the ability to manage online platforms and boost sales effectively
• Proficient in Customer Service and Communication to engage effectively with customers and address their needs
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance and implement data-driven strategies
• Knowledge of emerging e-commerce tools, trends, and marketing strategies
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems is an advantage
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
