Evo Commerce is a DTC house of brands. We build premium affordable supplements & personal care products for millennials and Gen Z. We're currently operating in 3 core markets. We have past experience working in big tech companies which includes Grab, Google, Shopee, Zalora, Fave, Himalaya, Foodpanda, Carousell, etc.

Our hero product, bback, is currently one of the fastest growing CPG brands in SEA and is loved by bankers, traders, influencers and bartenders with a high efficacy rate against hangover post drinking. Our personal care brand Stryv, is loved by hundreds of thousands of consumers across the region.

We're big advocates of direct-to-consumer brands, and believe in the new world (Post-COVID), consumers buy directly from global brands through digital native storefront, bypassing distributors, wholesalers and retailers.

Job Description:

We're looking for a highly motivated individual who has interest in managing and building online marketplace stores (Eg. Shopee, Lazada, etc) to join our expanding Evo Commerce team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You are basically accountable for marketplace platforms by managing day-to-day operations, optimising product listings, and elevating customer experiences to drive sales maximisation, operational efficiency, and contribute to our overall business growth.

  • Oversee brands daily operations for various online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc) to ensure functionality, user experience, and overall performance.
  • Manage and optimise store visuals, product listing, update of pricing, propose promo mechanism for all online platforms.
  • Study, plan, strategize and execute in launching promotional campaigns, including setting flash sales, daily vouchers and preparing marketing materials.
  • Develop, execute, and assess promotional campaigns to maximise sales and enhance conversion rates and traffic.
  • Ensure accurate setup of deals, pricing, and promotions across all online marketplaces.
  • Monitor competitor's marketing strategy and study market trends.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock replenishment and timely order fulfilment.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to respond promptly on customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless operation, including design, marketing, warehouse, and customer service etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of Diploma or Degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages will be an added advantage.
  • Junior Executives specialising in E-commerce or equivalent and understanding on online marketplace is preferred. Able to prioritise and complete task efficiently
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic, attention to detail, organisational skills, multitasking ability, problem-solving capabilities and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive, team player, highly organised and efficient with a can-do attitude
  • Pleasant personality, and able to interact well with people.
  • Experience with simple content creation, copywriting or design on Canva is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including strong VLOOKUP skills (required)
  • Knowledge or experience in data analysis is an added advantage
