Job Description

Job Summary

As an Ecommerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing brand presence. You will be responsible for driving sales, improving visibility, and ensuring a seamless customer experience on the website. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on operational management.

Responsibilities

  • Website management - manage catalog including images and description, prices and day to day operations of the website
  • Sales and Performance - plan pricing, promotions, data analysis, maximize revenue
  • Inventory and Order Management - manage inventory for website, fulfillment time and rate
  • Relationship management - Coordinate with Customer service, Logistics, Marketing team and Buying team for optimum results
  • Customer experience - manage customer ratings, reviews, build customer loyalty, and customer returns

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Retail or ecommerce related fields
  • 2 - 5 years of experience with ecommerce website preferably fashion brands
  • Familiarity with SEO, Digital marketing is a plus
  • Knowledge of Magento, Vinculum is a big advantage
  • Knowledge of Shopify is a must
  • Vinculum/Vin lister would be an advantage
  • Any Content Management tool would be an asset
