A degree or certification in content editing or a related field from a college or university accredited by a national or regional accreditation organization.
Expert-level proficiency in English composition, grammar, punctuation, and spelling, sufficient to develop and edit materials such as instructions, manuals, handbooks, presentations, web content, social media posts, website articles, and interviews.
Knowledge of web design methodologies focused on usability, content organization, and functionality.
Ability to research, develop, and prepare communications, presentations, and other materials for publication.
Ability to guide planning, managing, and completing the preparation and publication of informational materials.
Strong oral and written communication skills sufficient to exchange information and provide guidance to a team of journalists.
Expert in video production and technical know-how.
Willingness and ability to travel when required.
Proficiency in Mandarin.
Previous experience with CNN or other major media organizations is highly preferred.
