Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and product-driven EdTech Product Specialist to support the design, development, optimisation, and continuous improvement of BeED's SaaS platform and digital learning ecosystem.
This role will work closely with product leadership, engineering teams, and UI/UX designers to translate business objectives, educational needs, and user feedback into scalable and user-centric product features.
The ideal candidate should possess strong SaaS product understanding, UI/UX collaboration capabilities, analytical thinking, and execution skills, with a passion for building impactful digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Development & Execution
- Support the end-to-end development of BeED's EdTech SaaS products
- Translate business and user requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of features
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product prioritisation
2. UI/UX Collaboration & Product Experience
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to define and refine product flows and user experiences
- Provide input and feedback on wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Figma
- Ensure product features are aligned with intuitive, user-friendly design principles, especially for education use cases
- Collaborate with designers and developers to maintain consistency and quality in UI/UX implementation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of usability based on user feedback, testing, and product analytics
3. SaaS Product Optimisation
- Monitor product performance, usage, and engagement metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve:
- User experience
- Feature adoption
- Platform scalability
- Contribute to product roadmap planning and feature enhancements
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with:
- Sales (understand customer needs)
- Customer success (user feedback)
- Engineering (feature implementation)
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams
5. Product Research & Innovation
- Stay updated on EdTech trends, LMS innovations, and SaaS best practices
- Benchmark against competitors and propose improvements
- Support innovation in AI-driven learning features and personalised learning experiences
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SaaS product development, product management, or product operations, preferably within EdTech, LMS, or digital learning platforms.
- Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, including product planning, requirement gathering, Agile/Scrum development, sprint management, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience collaborating closely with UI/UX designers using tools such as Figma, with a strong understanding of user-centric and intuitive SaaS product design.
- Proven ability to translate business and user requirements into clear product documentation, including product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, sales, customer success, and management teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities, with the ability to identify product gaps, improve user experience, and drive product enhancements based on user feedback and data insights.
- Good technical understanding of modern SaaS platforms, including web/mobile applications, APIs, and software development workflows, to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong interest and understanding of modern EdTech trends, AI-driven learning technologies, personalised learning experiences, and scalable SaaS platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities with strong ownership and accountability.
