Position: EdTech Product Support Executive
(1 year contract with option to convert to permanent)
Skills / Experience Required
1. Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Experience in coding or programming using Phyton, JavaScript and C++ are a MUST.
3. Knowledge in STEM education and using EdTech products is an advantage.
4. Able to communicate fluently in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Role / Responsibilities
1. To provide 1st level product and technical support to all customers.
2. To conduct product demonstrations to potential customers.
3. To conduct workshops/training on related EdTech products and / or coding programs.
4. To assist in preparing content for products, presentation slides/proposals, brochures, social media platform etc.
