Job Responsibilities
- Provide education counselling to students and parents via WhatsApp, calls, and online platforms
- Recommend suitable courses and universities based on students interests and goals
- Guide students through the application and enrolment process
- Follow up with enquiries and build strong, long-term student relationships
- Participate in education fairs, school visits, and marketing events
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the student journey
What we are looking for
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in sales, customer service, or education consulting is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven, energetic, and eager to learn
- Willing to respond to students outside working hours when needed
- Willing to work weekends during peak periods/events
