Responsibilities:
1.Risk management
- Carry out risk assessment and risk control in combination with external requirements and internal actual conditions.
2.Team building
- Establish professional safety forces in the industry line, train safety supervisors, engineers and safety officers;
3.Manage part-time fire brigades and arrange annual training;
- Promote the construction of safety leadership in management departments at all levels.
4.Safety training
- Identify EHS training requirements, formulate annual training plans, organize training and continuously verify the training results.
5.Safety inspection
- Formulate an annual safety inspection plan, organize implementation and promote rectification to form a closed-loop management.
6.Emergency management
- Organize the preparation of emergency plans, formulate annual emergency drill plans, evaluate the drill results and continuously improve.
7.System construction
- Establish and operate a safety production standardization (three-level) management system;
- Promote EHS special management, including fire household registration management, special equipment standard management, hazardous waste standard management, occupational health monitoring, etc.;
- Operate in advance in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001, , ISO14001, ISO45001 to prepare for certification and customer audits
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizenship. Bachelor degree or above in environmental protection, chemistry or other related majors, more than 8 years EHS working experience, with Green Book and Mykkp certification.
- Familiar with environmental/safety/fire protection/occupational health laws and regulations, enterprise safety management system, and chemical safety management knowledge.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese Mandarin.
- Familiar with waste water, waste gas, solid waste, hazardous waste and noise control and so on.
- Good relationship with relevant government ministries such as Bomba and Dosh and so on.
- More than 2 years of team management experience
