Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured theoretical and practical training related to Electric Vehicle (EV) technology.
- Lead hands-on training sessions on EV components and systems, including:
- Battery technology
- Electric drive motors
- EV charging systems
- Preventive maintenance
- Safety and troubleshooting procedures
- Evaluate trainees performance, skills, and overall competency throughout the training program.
- Ensure all training activities comply with current industry practices, technical standards, and safety requirements.
- Support the continuous improvement of training materials and learning methods.
Requirements
- Diploma in Automotive Technology, EV Technology, or any related technical field.
- Good communication and presentation abilities with strong facilitation skills.
- Basic knowledge or professional certification in EV systems is an added advantage.
- Experience in automotive technical training will be beneficial.
