Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical and Control Lead, located in Batu Kawan. The Electrical and Control Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for automation solutions. The daily tasks include overseeing electrical design, programming PLCs, troubleshooting, and ensuring that systems meet industry standards. The role also involves collaborating with the engineering team, providing technical support, and participating in project planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering
• Experience in PLC Programming and Control Systems
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the automation industry is a plus
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
