Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical construction works for manufacturing facilities.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Review electrical designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
  • Supervise installation of power distribution systems, lighting, control panels, and other electrical infrastructure.
  • Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and local regulations.
  • Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and internal project teams.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide guidance during construction phases.
  • Manage manpower allocation and equipment utilization effectively.
  • Oversee procurement and timely delivery of electrical materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 810 years of experience in electrical construction, preferably in advanced manufacturing or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
