Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Elite Pro Leader based in Petaling Jaya, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Elite Pro Leader will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of financial planners, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting training sessions, monitoring team performance, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves setting targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Understanding of Market Analysis and Trends
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
