Description
The ELKMuleSoft Implementation & Support Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, while also managing and optimizing the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized logging, monitoring, and observability. This role supports end to end implementation lifecycle activities, production support, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvements.
- Production movement from developer perspective.
- Support Dev/SIT/UAT/PT cycles.
- Provide Production Rollout, BVT and L3 Support.
- Responsible for root cause analysis and providing solutions for production issues.
- Work closely with production support team during production release and troubleshooting production issues.
- Responsible for effectively communicating the plan, status and updates to stakeholders and scrum team.
Requirements
- 8+ years hands on experience and Deep Technical skills in Middleware products.
- Ability to create dashboards, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
- Excellent debugging/troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
- MuleSoft Skills.
- Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API management, and integration flows.
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and DataWeave.
- Experience with MUnit testing, API implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of integration best practices and microservices patterns.
- ELK Skills.
- Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana administration and optimization.
- Experience designing and managing log ingestion pipelines (Logstash, Filebeat, Kafka, Fluentd).
- Expertise in Elasticsearch performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
- Ability to create dashboards, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
