Entry Level Programme (ELP) – Digital & Data

The ELP – Digital & Data is a one-year specialised graduate programme designed to develop and accelerate high-potential fresh graduates into future digital and data professionals within CIMB.

Phase 1: Intensive Classroom Training (1 month) Kick-start your journey with a rigorous, three-week curriculum focused on CIMB's business, technology landscape, and corporate culture. This immersive experience also integrates professional development modules to build essential workplace skills and industry readiness.

Phase 2: Rotational Assignments (11 months) Participants will embark on a series of business unit rotations tailored to their chosen track—Digital or Data. These rotations are designed to deepen functional knowledge, broaden cross-domain exposure, and enable meaningful contributions to strategic projects with real business impact.

Who Should Apply We welcome final-year students and recent graduates from fields such as Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Mathematics, with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 or Second Class Upper.
