Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Email & Chat Support Specialist (Mandarin) to provide professional and efficient customer support through written channels. This role focuses on handling customer enquiries via email and live chat, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via Email and Live Chat only (no phone calls)
  • Respond promptly and professionally in Mandarin and English
  • Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and follow up when required
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and updates in the system
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalations when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Mandarin (read & write) and basic English
  • Good written communication and typing skills
  • Customer service experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Able to work on rotational shifts
  • Willing to work onsite
