The Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end execution and optimization ofTradingPRO'semail and lifecycle programs. The role will plan, build, test, and report on campaigns that drive verification (KYC), first-time deposit (FTD), trading activation, and retention, while maintaining best-in-class deliverability and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:Plan, produce, and deploy newsletters, promotions, product/feature announcements, education series, contests, and service notices according to an agreed calendar and SLAs.
Lifecycle Automation:Design and maintain automated journeys (welcome, KYC completion, FTD nudges, onboarding, reactivation/win-back, churn prevention, loyalty/referral).
Segmentation & Targeting:Build segments by acquisition source, geo/language, trading platform (e.g., MT4/MT5), lifecycle stage, and engagement; apply dynamic content and conditional logic.
Testing & Optimization:Execute structured A/B tests (subject line, send time, creative, offer, CTA). Document hypotheses, results, and next actions.
Deliverability & List Health:Manage domain authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), warm-ups, suppression rules, bounces/complaints, and inbox placement; uphold list hygiene standards.
Compliance & Governance:Ensure adherence to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, PDPA, and applicable financial-services disclosures; implement double opt-in and clear unsubscribe mechanisms.
Analytics & Reporting:Track and report performance (delivery, opens, CTR, conversion to KYC/FTD, re-deposit, revenue contribution). Maintain UTM discipline and campaign documentation.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Coordinate with Growth for offers, Product for releases, Design/Content for assets, and Customer Support/Compliance for mandatory communications.
Template & QA:Build and maintain responsive HTML/CSS templates; conduct pre-send QA and rendering tests across major clients/devices (e.g., Litmus/Email on Acid).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
13+ years of hands-on email or lifecycle marketing experience; fintech/brokerage/trading background preferred.
Proficiency with one or more ESP/CRM platforms (e.g.,Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid Marketing Campaigns).
Working knowledge ofHTML/CSS for emailand modular template systems.
Practical understanding of deliverability concepts and tooling.
Excellent written English; additional languages are an asset.

Retention:Increase in reactivation and trading frequency among dormant cohorts.
List Health:Net subscriber growth; reduction in inactive/unengaged ratio.
Tools & Environment
ESP/CRM (as above),Mailchimp,SendGrid, Figma/Canva, basic HTML/CSS; familiarity with MT4/MT5 back-office integrations is beneficial.
