We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Embryologist to be part of our Fertility Centre team, delivering exceptional care and advancing reproductive health.
Job Descriptions
- Perform core ART laboratory procedures, including andrology and embryology tasks, in accordance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Demonstrate strong operational knowledge of IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation, oocyte handling, semen analysis, and related lab procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to support safe, accurate, and efficient laboratory operations.
- Identify potential risks within the IVF laboratory environment and execute appropriate corrective or preventive actions.
- Ensure proper documentation, labeling, traceability, and compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain laboratory equipment by performing routine checks, calibrations, and troubleshooting where necessary.
- Assist senior embryologists/lead embryologist with complex cases, lab inquiries, and protocol improvements.
- Present IVFrelated topics for CME sessions and actively keep technical knowledge up to date.
Requirement & qualification
- BSc in Biosciences or related field.
- Valid Annual Practicing Certificate and registration with the Allied Health Profession (Clinical Scientist Embryologist).
- Minimum 3 years experience working in an IVF laboratory environment.
- Proficient in a full range of andrology and embryology techniques.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under timesensitive conditions.
