Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Employee Benefits Administration - Operations Technology Manager based in Petaling Jaya. The role involves managing the operational technology systems for employee benefits administration, ensuring seamless benefits management processes, and supporting HR teams with effective technology solutions. Responsibilities include employee data administration, system implementations, supporting client's queries, and collaborating with teams and partner to optimize systems and ensure smooth onboarding for clients.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in Employee Benefits (eg. Insurance and Flexible Benefits) and Employee Benefits systems
  • Experience in Operations Management, strong administratively with excellent excel and power BI skills
  • Familiarity with relevant HR and benefits compliance standards (eg. PDPA)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology for benefits administration; experience with cloud-based platforms preferred
