Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving the Life at Work strategy by managing the end-to-end execution of employee activities, including festive celebrations, annual dinners, and well-being events. The Senior Executive acts as a primary liaison with internal stakeholders, such as Retail Management and Facilities, to secure venue approvals and ensure seamless on-ground operations. Additionally, this role oversees the full procurement lifecycle, from sourcing vendors to processing payments, ensuring strict financial compliance. The incumbent will work closely with U Ambassadors to drive participation and analyze post-event feedback to continuously improve the employee experience journey.

The Day To Day Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and organization of the annual employee activity calendar (including Festive Celebrations, Annual Dinner, Sports Day and Fruit Festivals) in order to create a vibrant Life at Work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement and payment process (raising PR/POs, reviewing proposals, and processing invoices) in order to ensure 100% financial compliance and timely vendor payments.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, specifically Retail Management and Facility teams, regarding venue booking and utilization in order to secure appropriate event spaces and ensure operational alignment.
  • Oversee on-site event logistics, setup, and vendor performance in order to deliver high-quality event experiences and troubleshoot issues immediately.
  • Collaborate with U Ambassadors to disseminate information and mobilize teams in order to drive high employee participation rates across all departments.
  • Administer post-event reviews and analyze employee feedback data in order to identify areas for improvement and support the organization's ongoing well-being journey.
  • Monitor event expenditures against the allocated budget

About You

  • Education/ What people Know:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or Event Management.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO workflows) and financial governance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and survey tools (e.g., MS Forms).
  • Experience/ What people Have Done:
  • 35 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Event Management, or HR Operations.
  • Proven track record of organizing large-scale corporate events (e.g., Annual Dinners, Townhalls).
  • Experience in managing vendors, negotiating costs, and handling payment processing systems.
  • Experience liaising with cross-functional teams (e.g., Retail, Facilities, Procurement) to secure approvals and resources.
