Job Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and implementing HR communications, employee engagement, and university outreach strategies and initiatives.
Your Mission in This Role
- Support and sustain employee engagement programs across the organization
- Develop and communicate employee relations strategies that strengthen workplace culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, campaigns, and initiatives
- Communicate engagement plans effectively to stakeholders and collaborate to ensure successful implementation
- Design and implement programs that promote and reinforce the organization's Core Values
- Develop and execute comprehensive university outreach plans and strategies aligned with talent acquisition goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student bodies, and career centers
- Plan and manage campus engagement activities such as career fairs, talks, workshops, networking sessions, and employer branding events
- Drive communication strategies for university outreach, including promotional materials, digital campaigns, and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, marketing, business units) to deliver impactful campus initiatives and talent pipelines
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 35 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, HR initiatives, and/or university outreach
- Proven experience in planning and executing university outreach programs, strategies, and events
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, creative, and passionate about building relationships and engaging with people
