Responsibilities:
- Deliver a positive, engaging onboarding experience that prepares new joiners for success.
- Serve as the main contact for new joiners and managers, providing support throughout the onboarding journey.
- Track onboarding progress, conduct follow-ups, and ensure smooth integration.
- Coordinate workstations, badges, permissions, paperwork, and system setups, resolving queries efficiently.
- Lead orientation sessions and introductory training on company culture, policies, and roles.
- Gather feedback from new joiners and managers to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
