Site Name: Malaysia - Petaling Jaya, Bengaluru Luxor North Tower, Costa Rica - Cartago - Tres Rios, Poznan Pastelowa Posted Date: Apr 8 2026 The Employee Relations Digital Data and Analytics and Operational Excellence Lead plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Employee Relations (ER) function through the strategic use of digital tools, data analytics, and operational best practices. This position will lead efforts to integrate data-driven decision-making, streamline ER processes, and ensure operational excellence across the ER team to deliver the expected support to the business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Transformation and Data Analytics: Lead the development and implementation of digital tools and platforms to support ER activities. Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for ER strategies and initiatives. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key ER metrics and performance indicators. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all ER-related systems and databases. 2. Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance ER operations. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ER processes. Lead initiatives to streamline and automate ER workflows, reducing manual efforts and increasing efficiency. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ER processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, People Services GxO & GPO and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and integration of ER activities. Provide training and support to ER team members on the use of digital tools and data analytics. Act as a liaison between the ER team and IT to address technical issues and implement system enhancements. 4. Project Management: Lead and manage ER projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly. 5. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all ER activities. Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive ER data and information. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations, HR analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in digital transformation and the use of data analytics within HR or ER functions. Strong understanding of ER processes, policies, and best practices. Expertise in statistics and statistical analysis. Certification and expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, case I-Q). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. High level of integrity and confidentiality. The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 194,250 to PLN 323,750 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer's discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
