About The Team The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Responsibilities - Lead the resolution of complex Employee Relations (ER) cases in Asia Pacific countries, including performance management, employee grievances, redundancies, long-term absences, disciplinary matters, and organizational restructures. - Provide strategic guidance and counsel to business leaders on disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and employment practices in alignment with regional standards. - Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation of ER cases, including investigation summaries, analysis, and supporting materials. - Design and deliver targeted training programs to enhance the capability of HR Business Partners and leaders in making informed ER decisions. - Conduct and support thorough, independent investigations into complex HR issues, applying sound judgment and critical thinking to reach well-supported conclusions. - Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and leaderships in respective APAC countries to promote and maintain positive employee relations. - Partner with legal and investigations teams to assess risk and provide balanced, well-calibrated recommendations for resolution. - Analyze ER trends and identify root causes to drive proactive solutions and effective corrective action plans.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Design, or a related discipline. - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing complex employee relations cases, with a deep understanding of APAC employment law and regulatory frameworks. - Proven expertise in interpreting and applying legal rulings related to disciplinary actions, warnings, and corrective measures. - Demonstrated success in collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders and serving as a trusted partner in employee relations matters. - Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, multifaceted business environment while maintaining sound judgment. Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience in handling a regional market would be preferred. - Strong judgment in handling complex or ambiguous situations. - Proven track record of effective collaboration with senior business leaders and key internal stakeholders. - Confident and credible presence with the resilience to navigate challenging conversations.
