About The Role

The Martech enablement specialist is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for driving adoption and value realisation of our unified martech ecosystem. You will serve as a connective tissue between business, and martech team ensuring seamless collaboration and platform adoption.

This role focuses on understanding platform capabilities and translating them into practical frameworks, use cases, and playbooks that enable marketing and business teams to effectively leverage CDP, loyalty, and marketing automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Capability & Knowledge Ownership

  • Build strong working knowledge of unified martech stack capabilities across customer Data Platform, loyalty, campaigns, journeys, and survey modules
  • Develop and maintain capability blueprints, RAG assessments, and dependency views to clearly communicate platform readiness and limitations
  • Partner with platform vendor and internal teams to stay aligned on capabilities, configurations, and roadmap considerations

Enablement, Training & Adoption

  • Translate martech capabilities into clear, business-friendly narratives, frameworks, and enablement materials for marketing, CRM, and loyalty teams
  • Support stakeholders in identifying and prioritizing activation use cases that deliver measurable value and MROI (marketing return on investment)
  • Act as a bridge between marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of what is possible and how to leverage it

Journey & Use-Case Design

  • Work with marketing teams to understand requirements and design journey and activation patterns aligned to business objectives
  • Define journey logic, triggers, segmentation dependencies, and orchestration approaches, without owning campaign execution or configuration
  • Support readiness reviews for journeys and use cases prior to launch

Segmentation & Loyalty Enablement

  • Collaborate with loyalty and marketing teams to define segmentation and audience frameworks that support campaigns and journeys
  • Develop a working understanding of loyalty constructs such as earn, burn, tiers, rewards, and promotions, and how they translate into activation use cases
  • Provide support to campaign teams on audience, offer, and loyalty-driven activation strategies

Playbooks, Frameworks & Enablement Assets

  • Create high-quality decks, playbooks, and frameworks to support platform adoption, use-case onboarding, and consistent usage across markets
  • Develop reusable templates and best-practice guides for CDP usage, segmentation, journeys, and loyalty activation
  • Support onboarding of new markets and teams through structured enablement sessions and documentation

About You

  • Hands on experience working with martech, CRM, CDP, loyalty, or marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and loyalty concepts
  • Extremely strong communication and storytelling skills, with proven ability to build clear, structured decks and frameworks for business audiences
  • 47 years of relevant experience in martech, CRM, loyalty, or related roles
