Support the operations queue of tickets, to keep healthy ticketing trend
Cross-collaboration with other teams like OT environment team, ensuring no downtime and high-availability systems
Team-player in problem resolution
Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
Solid understanding of VDI architecture and enterprise virtual desktop environments
Working experience with Citrix StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, and Workspace Environment Management (WEM), Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, GPO, and DNS/DHCP
Familiarity with profile management solutions such as FSLogix and Citrix Profile Management
Experience with Citrix NetScaler / ADC, plus good understanding of networking and security principles
Experience with Microsoft Azure, including VDI in Azure and hybrid environments
Fluent in English, functionally operating within SAFe framework, effectively prioritizing and switching between endpoint operations and features in a 24/7 support environment
