We are seeking an experienced End User Support (EUS) Manager to drive our global End User Computing (EUC) strategy and operations. This role will lead the Modern Workplace roadmap, oversee L2 support operations, and ensure a secure, seamless, and productive digital experience for employees across the organization.
You will play a key role in enabling digital transformation, supporting hybrid work environments, and implementing secure, AI-enabled workplace solutions while leading a high-performing support team.
What You Will Do
- Lead and execute the Modern Workplace strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including adoption of AI tools and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Enable a secure and seamless hybrid work environment for a distributed workforce.
- Manage and develop the L2 Support Operations team, ensuring high performance and service excellence.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs (e.g., resolution time, FCR, CSAT).
- Implement and optimize ITSM processes (incident, problem, and change management) using ServiceNow.
- Define and enforce EUC governance policies, including access control and acceptable use.
- Lead workplace security initiatives such as MFA, endpoint protection, and device hardening.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and organizational risk frameworks.
- Oversee the responsible and secure use of AI tools (AIOps) within support operations.
- Collaborate with Site IT Heads and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and alignment.
- Present updates, metrics, and strategic plans to senior leadership.
What You Will Need
- 10+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), workplace technology, or related IT domains.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing support or infrastructure teams.
- Proven experience managing global, distributed L2/L3 support teams.
- Strong track record in delivering Modern Workplace or digital workplace strategies.
- Deep expertise in endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf) and operating systems (Windows, macOS, mobile).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
- Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL best practices.
- Familiarity with AIOps, automation, and analytics in IT service delivery.
- Solid understanding of IAM, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
- Strong experience in workplace security, governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly insights and lead organizational change.
