Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in end-user computing support roles.

Mandatory experience on Intune tool & VIP support

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

Experience with hardware troubleshooting and support for laptops and desktops.

Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.

Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
