We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Engineer to support a critical Technology Refresh project alongside ongoing Business-As-Usual (BAU) device management. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in endpoint provisioning, Microsoft Intune administration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless device deployment and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute large-scale endpoint deployments via Microsoft Intune and related automation tools.
- Configure, monitor, and enforce device compliance policies and security baselines through Intune.
- Coordinate and oversee software distribution and patch deployment across endpoint devices.
- Troubleshoot endpoint and Intune-related issues, including log analysis and user support escalation.
- Collaborate with project and BAU teams to ensure smooth device transitions and ongoing management.
- Maintain documentation and support governance processes related to endpoint lifecycle management.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in endpoint management with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 device configuration, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with automation tools, scripting (PowerShell preferred), and patch management.
- Ability to work in project environments while handling BAU operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage escalations effectively.
