Support logistics for engagement events (venue booking, vendors, gifts, refreshments, attendance).
Coordinate with all managers to ensure participation and smooth execution of any initiatives implemented.
Assist in creating event reports (attendance, feedback, photos, improvement notes).
Maintain engagement documentation and records.
Assist with HR reporting and simple data tracking (participation rates, feedback, survey results).
Provide general support to HR team as required.
To undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior such as organizing team building activities, competition, and on-going projects
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or related field.
Good Communication, Presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
Able to collaborate well with all stakeholders, able to work independently and also a good team player.
Analytic, solution-focused, dynamic, and committed to delivering an excellent result.
Interest in employee engagement, HR, events, or internal communications.
Must be able to speak Chinese to communicate with stakeholders effectively.
