Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for application operational support, performing equipment integration testing to meet users expectations and FI Operations Excellence/KPI
- Provide operational support and contribute to problem management for proactive management of FI application services
- Monitor system health and capacity and perform proactive system maintenance to ensure reliable 24x7 operation of mission-critical applications
- Undertake 24x7 on-call duty where necessary
- Perform equipment integration testing and buy-off in production/shopfloor
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related fields
- Fresh graduates with good academy result will also be considered
- Experience in the semiconductor or electronic manufacturing industry is preferred
- Knowledge of application maintenance and/or development in a Windows environment (.net, C#)
- Knowledge of database systems and/or development (e.g Oracle PL/SQL, SQL scripts, MS SQL)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work both independently and as a team player in a global setup
