Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Basic Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) operation
- Perform up to medium level of Discrete and IC FA including electrical verification and fault isolation on package and wafer samples.
- Perform sample preparation and microscopy inspection for clear visualization of package and wafer level defects.
- Prepare FA reports that can lead to root cause finding and corrective action to cross-functional team.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Degree / Master in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
- Well understanding of semiconductor technology, devices, layout and electronic circuit.
- Excellence behavior, fast learner
