ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Updated preventive maintenance (PM) records, maintenance reports, SOPs, manuals, and technical documentation.
- Collected and analyzed machine downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and equipment performance data.
- Assisted engineers and technicians with scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
- Monitored PM completion and maintenance schedules.
- Supported continuous improvement, root cause analysis, 5S, and equipment reliability projects.
- Assisted in spare parts inventory management and stock monitoring.
- Supported machine installation, modification, commissioning, and engineering projects.
- Assisted with machine safety inspections, housekeeping, meeting minutes, and action tracking.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree student in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of engineering and maintenance principles.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
