Your Contribution
- Lead manufacturing equipment standardization, setup, and training (including preparation of work instructions), and source new technologies from the market.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are executed effectively to minimize equipment downtime and production impact.
- Drive system capability improvements (hardware, software, and automation) in collaboration with IT/OT coordinators, aligned with defined KPIs.
- Work closely with planners, production teams, and technicians to plan and execute equipment-related activities (TBM, CBM, and improvement initiatives) without delays.
- Support daily operations and troubleshoot yield or equipment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work orders, documentation, and asset data in the SAP PM module.
- Develop and implement efficient, cost-effective maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment productivity and reduce maintenance costs.
- Manage SAP material master data, including material code registration and setting minimum inventory stock levels.
- Provide high-level technical hands-on support for major equipment breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and ensure close follow-up with suppliers/vendors.
- Lead and execute improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable performance gains.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, a Technical Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance or engineering roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including diagnostics and problem-solving.
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop mechanical drawings and electrical wiring diagrams.
- Good analytical skills with a structured approach to root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams, including production, planners, and vendors.
- Familiarity with SAP PM module and maintenance management systems is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
