Job Summary

  • To provide technical support, troubleshooting and issue resolution for serial charger production.
  • To bridge design, certification, production and field service teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and smooth operation throughout the product lifecycle.

Job Scope

  • Provide remote and on-site support for charger serial issues.
  • Diagnose and provide solution to resolve charger technical issue.
  • Work directly with Engineering team, Quality team, Marketing team, Plant Support team, Partners to reproduce, troubleshoot and escalate issues.
  • Document support cases, solution and best practices for internal knowledge sharing session. Arrange periodically knowledge sharing session with System team.
  • Collaborate with Engineering team to identify recurring issues and propose improvement.
  • Responsible for re-certification process. Support C-APM if country specific change of certification requirements, including ISIR release.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 2 years experience of professional experience in the same area or less that 3 years of experience in related area.
  • Knowledge in assembly and manufacturing (Poka Yoke).
  • Basic Project management skills.
  • Know-how design of plastic and metal stamping and designing tool.
  • Basic tooling design.
  • Posses knowledge in BOM setup, SAP system and GIS system.
  • Basic knowledge of certification processes and relevant standard.
  • Transfer of technical requirements into a design solution by applying a systematic approach.
  • Understanding cause-effect relationships of technical details.
  • PC applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
