Job Description

Main Responsibilities

1. Stop the production if necessary and corrective action for CCP and OPRP deviation.

2. Monitor mill performance and mill balance.

3. Supervise senior miller and mill technician.

4. Monitor the cleanliness of the plant.

5. Review documentation / checklist.

6. Process efficiency improvement.

7. Monitor and investigate plant operation stoppage / breakdown.

8. Monitor equipment condition.

9. Ensure production staff follows the SOP / safety work procedure.

10. Seek for supplier / quotation.

11. Plan wheat conditioning and flour mill.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification recognised.

2. Good reasoning power and proactive.
